Verklaren te weten dat Jean Baptiste La Joux en Elisabeth Lutterveld de ouders waren van Hendrica La Joux; dat zij binnen de stad gewoond hebben en dat zij in 1808 voor het gerecht gesepareerd zijn, Jean Baptiste La joux daarop de stad verlaten heeft en dat nooit enig bericht van hem is ontvangen zodat men niet weet of hij levendig dan wel dood is.
De getuigen waren bekend met het gezin en hebben contact gehouden met de gesepareerde vrouw en zijn op de hoogte van deze afwezigheid van 14 tot 16 jaar.
