Bisschop van Kamerijk. Hij had zeker 11 bastaarden. Hiervan stamden o.a. de heren van Herlaer, van Herbamez, van Amerval en van Rostuijnen. Zijn nakomelinschap in de zuidelijke Nederlanden was zeer talrijk en wellicht tot de huidige tijd te vervolgen. Bastaardtakken hier weer van waren zeer veelvuldig en behoorden meestal tot de burgerstand. (Bron: Dek, graven van Holland.
