Il était père de Jean DE RANCOURT, aussi seigneur de Rancourt. Ils moururent tous deux à quelques jours d’intervalle en 1640 en s’occupant des pestiférés de leur seigneurie en leur château de Rancourt durant la guerre de Trente ans.
