He was born May 19, 1914, in Guernsey county, son of the late Ross A. and Hope Jeanette Geese. He was a retired laborer for Davis Construction and a member of Indian Camp Community Church. He was preceded in death by his wife Eva Chalfant, one sister and one brother. He leaves one son, Robert L. Wynn of Cambridge; two daughters, Mrs. Parker [Jean] Little of Barnesville and Ila Daughterty of Cambridge; eight grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Dane Mary Jane Hursey of Newcomerstown;two brothers, William Wynn of Cambridge and Harry J. Wynn of Guernsey; several nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Scott Funeral Home, where services will be at 11 a.m., Thursday with Rev. Roy Griridstaff offciaiting. Burial will be in Guernsey Memory Gardens.

Mrs. Wynn died at 6:30 am Friday [Feb 25, 1983] at Guernsey Memorial Hospital after a short illness. She was born May 6, 1814 in Guernsey County, daughter of Roy and Iva Knight.
