The said Cicilia, wife of Roger Seymour, in 30 Edward III had assigned for her share, on the partition of the inheritance of the Beauchamps, the manors of Hache, Shepton-Beauchamp, Murifield, and the third part of the manor of Shepton-Malet, in county Somerset; also certain lands in Sturminster-Marshal, in county Dorset; the manors of Boultbury, and Haberton, in county Devon; the manors of Dourton, in county Bucks; Little-Haw, in county Suffolk; and two parts of the manor of Selling; in county Kane. She survived her husband, and died in 1393, seised of the manor of Shepton-Beauchamp, and the advowson of the church, Roger Seymour, son of Sir William Seymour, being her grand-son and heir, and then of the age of twenty-seven years.

Cecily de Beauchamp, born abt. 1321/31 (aged 30 or 40 in 1361). She md. (1st) (as his 2nd wife) Gilbert de Turberville, Knight, of Coity and Llandymor, Glamorgan, son and heir of Pain de Turberville, Knight, of Coity, Glamorgan, Sheriff of Glamorgan, by Gwenllian, dau. of Richard Talbot, of Eccleswall, Herefordshire. They had no known issue. In 1327 he petitioned the king for the restoration of certain tenements at Llanhary and the land of Comtyok called "La Niwelonde" in Glamorgan. In 1331, on appeal to the king, he obtained the appointment of a commission to deal with his claim to Llandymor manor. In 1335 he conceded his claim to Llandymor to Robert de Penres. He recovered the Gower property at Llandymor in 1336. In 1337 he was granted the wardship of the royal castle of Cardigan and the seneschalship of the county for life. In 1341 he witnessed a charter for William of St. Donat's, Abbot of Neath to Edward de Stradling, Knight. He was present at the Siege of Calais in 1346. Sir Gilbert de Turberville died shortly bef. 29 Aug 1347. His widow Cecily md. (2nd) Roger de Seymour, Knight, of Undy, Monmouthshire, of uncertain parentage. They had two sons, William and Robert. Cecily was co-heiress in 1361 to her brother, John de Beauchamp, Knight, 3rd Lord Beauchamp of Somerset, by which she inherited the manors of Hatch Beauchamp, Shepton-Beauchamp, and Merryfield, Somerset, and Sturminster Marshall, Dorset, a moiety of the manors of Stoke-sub-Hamdon, Somerset and Beauchamps (in Chipstead), Surry, and a one-third share in the manors of Shepton-Malet, Somerset, Boltbury and Harberton, Devon, Dorton, Buckinghamshire, and Little Haw, Suffolk. Sir Roger de Seymour was living in 1358-59 (date of deed), and died testate bef. 29 Jan 1365-66. In 1364 Cecily granted her half of the manor of Beauchamps (in Chipstead), Surrey at farm to Peter atte Wode, his wife Laurencia, and their son Peter. In 1381-82 Peter atte Wode being dead, she quitclaimed the manor to Hugh Queche, mercer of London. Sometime bef. 1389 she conveyed her moiety share of the manor of Stoke-under-Hamdon, Somerset to Matthew Gournay, Knight. His widow Cecily died 7 Jun 1394.
