Therefore, it would appear Isabel Garcia's mother was named either Maria Juana Flores or Juana Maria Flores, and I have chosen to show her name as Maria Juana Flores de Valdes.

One of this latter couple's children was a Maria Flores who was married to Ignacio Martinez. It is possible this child named Maria Flores was the same person as the sibling I have chosen to show as Maria Juana Flores. But I couldn't find any clues to support the notion that they were the same person, thus reinforcing my decision to show them as two persons and naming the second Maria Juana Flores to distinguish her from the first Maria Flores
