She was born about 1347/9 (aged 22 in 1369 and 21 in 1370). They had two sons, Thomas, Esq., and John, and one daughter, Elizabeth, wife of John Clay, Knt. They were involved in a protracted series of lawsuits regarding the manor of Ellenhall, the reversion of which was awarded to them. His wife, Elizabeth, was living in 1383-84. SIR THOMAS DE ASTLEY died in 1399.
