Letters of naturalization were granted to Katherine in 1456. Her husband inherited the manor of Woodcroft in Luton, Bedfordshire, and a share of Richard's Castle, Herefordshire. Katherine became one of the ladies of Queen Margaret of Anjou, both when in exile and in England, and was a witness to Margaret's will dated 02 August 1482. Sir William was slain at the Battle of Tewkesbury in 1471, and Katherine was with Queen Margaret when she was taken prisoner by King Edward IV after the battle.
Katherine was granted an annuity of 20 marks by King Henry VIII in 1509, and was buried at Black Friars.
