Alice married Thomas Hulse of Marberry/Norbury & Astley/Asheley, Cheshire, esq, the son of Phillip Husle of Merbury/Norbury, and his wife Margery the daughter of Robert Corbett of Hatherton. There was an an indenture agreed to by the parties involved in October 1537.

After Alice's death, Thomas married a second wife, Margaret, the daughter of Thomas Cotton of Whitchurch, with whom he had four children. Thomas died in 1588.

"William Hieghfeld gentleman, Henry Typpyng chaplain, John Beryngton and Robert Typpyng yomen, John Dod of Clorley esq and Hugh Hulse gentleman, sent greeting. Thomas Huls of Knuttesforde esq in consideration of a marriage to be celebrated between Thomas Huls son and heir of Philipp Huls son and heir of the same Thomas Huls and Alice Hynton daughter of Gruffith Hynton esq and in performance of an agreement, by indentures tripartit 1 October 29 Henry VIII

"By indenture dated 13 October in the said year demised and granted to them all his manors, messuages, burgages, lands etc in the townships and hamlets of Knuttesforde, Bryffrd et, Merbury and Norbury in the County of Chester, in Whitchurch co Salop, and in the City of London or elsewhere within the kingdom of England and Wales (except these messuages etc now in jointure of Margery wife of the said Philip Huls) with the intention and under the condition that they or their successors within quarter of a year from the date of this deed, by their deed indented tripartite (of which one part should be kept by Thomas Huls, another part by Elizabeth Huls, Blanche Huls and Alice Huls daughters of the same Thomas, and the third part by Gruffith Hynton) at the instance of Thomas Huls or of the said Elizabeth, Blanche and Alice, demise to Thomas a certain yearly rent of £4 received yearly from the issues of a tenement in the City of London now occupied by Ambrose Willys, to hold to him, Thomas, for his life, and after his death to his daughters, to each one of them 20 marks for separate marriage portions (as specified in the deed)
"The trustees at the instance of Thomas Huls and according to the intent of the deed, demise to him a yearly rent of £4 as above for his life; after his death each of his daughters to receive 20 marks. If any daughter die before marriage, then her portion is to lapse. If the £4 is in arrears in part [...] whole after the death of Thomas Huls for 40 days after any day of payment, the daughters may distrain for arrears and expenses."
Doubts about Margaret Dodd being Alice's Mother
In the deed above, Alice is referred to as Alice Hinton Dot, which is probably a misspelling of Dodd.
Greeting is sent to John Dod of Clorley esq. Alice's grandfather and uncle (her mother's half-brother) were both called John Dodd of Cloverley aka Clorley.
