1686, Jan. 6. He, of Misquamicut alias Westerly, sold Isaac Lawton, 60 acres in Portsmouth, for £135, said land being bounded partly by land of
grandfather Thomas Hazard, and including buildings, orchard, &c. His uncle Robert Hazard signed the deed also in full consent.
1708, Feb. 28. He sold Joseph Johnson 100 acres.

1715, Nov. 15. Administration on personal estate to widow Tamsen, said Wilcox leaving ten children, some young and incapable of taking care for
themselves. The Town Council authorized the widow after paying debts to draw forth £50, for her trouble in bringing up children that are under age. She was to have her choice of best room in the house and a third income of real estate. The eldest son Stephen, to enter forthwith into possession of rest of house, and the orphans to have rest of movables according to law.
Inventory, £283, 3s., viz: 4 beds, 4 cots, bible and 2 small books given Tamsen by her father and brother, other books, pewter, gun, 2 oxen, 2 steers,
12 cows, 6 two years, 8 calves, bull, 4 mares, horse, 4 colts, sow, 12 shoats, 9 hogs, &c.
1716, Dec. 17. His widow asked for division to be made of £83, 2s., left of estate, and it was made as follows: To widow, £7, 14s. To each child, £5, 10s., viz: Mary Lewis, wife of Joseph, Hannah Garrett, wife of Ezekiel, Stephen, Edward, Sarah, Thomas, Hezekiah, Elisha, Amey and Susanna Wilcox.
