William Roundtree) and Judith b. 1672 (who md. in 1703 Col. John Scott 1672 - 1729 who was Commissioner of Peace for New Kent Co. in 1714 and Sheriff in 1716, he attended St. Peter's Parish), they had Joseph Scott b. 1704, Edward Scott b. 1706, Samuel Scott b. 6 Feb 1708 (who had John Scott b. aft. 1742 - d. aft. 1841, who had Cosby Scott b. 1768 - d. aft. 1850), Judith Scott b. 1710 (who md. Note: Judith Scott was Aunt of Gen. Charles Scott, one of Washington's staff officers and later Gov. of KY, according to the R. Bolling Batte Papers from the VA State Library and Archives. Peter Ware and Judith Scott’s children were: Jane, John (who had Judith who md. Robert Cary), Sarah, Judith and Henry. After Peter's death she md. (#2 md. Samuel Jordan on 29 Feb 1745 [sic]) and they later moved to KY.
III. Robert md. Elizabeth and had Robert (who md. Elizabeth Ransom widow of his cousin Robert and they had Ransom) and Elizabeth IV. Elizabeth V. Grace.

Note: After Major Robert Dudleys’s death, Elizabeth md. Robert Dudley, Jr. b. 1675 d. 9 May 1709 and had Ranson Dudley. Robert Dudley, Jr. was cousin of her first husband, no further information on his line, but this same Robert Dudley, Jr. made a deposition at age 26 in Mar 1701 that he heard George Wolby say he gave all his property to Elizabeth, wife of Robert Dudley. She re-md. a third time to ? Elliott and had 3 more children. Her eldest son and heir, Robert Dudley, Jr. was suing in 1739 for her estate.
