Chillingsworth FORSTER, blacksmith and Ruth his wife, seamstress, on 3 Feb 1741/2 conveyed land in Eastham that had been owned by "our Honoured Father Mr. William MIRRICK, late of Hariwh." Chillinsworth FOSTER was a deacon of Brewster Church and held many town offices at Harwich. The will of Samuel SEARS Jr., dated 26 Nov 1726 and proved 20 Jan 1726/27, called testator" sick and weak" mentioned wife Ruth (esecutrix), sons Samuel 3rd and Seth Jr. (under 18), and brother Judah SEARS (executor). An inventory, dated 13 Feb 1726/7, was sworn to by executors 15 Aug 1727. ... The will of his father Samuel SEARS, yeoman of Harwich, dated 7 Apr 1740 and proved 6 Mar 1741/2 mentioned, anong others, grandsons Samuel and Seth SEARS(sons of son Samuel deceased), and granddaus.
