  The Senate proceeded to consider the
  bill Liong Thung and Yvonl].e Maria Thung
  which had been reported from the Com-
  mittee on the Judiciary, with amend-
  ments, in line 4, after the name "Thung"
  strike out "and Yvonne Maria Thung
  have" and insert "has"; and in line 5,
  after the word "and" strike out the word
  "were" and insert "was"; so as to make
  the bill read: s. 2720
  Be it enacted 9Y the Senate and. House
  of Representatives of the United States of
  America in Congress assembled, That, not-
  withstanding the provisions of the Immi-
  gration and Nationality Act, the periods of
  time Heng Liang Thung has resided and
  was physically present in the United States
  or any State since September 4, 1962, shall
  be held and considered as compliance with
  the residence and physical presence require-
  ment of section 316 of said Act.
  The amendments were agreed to.
  The bill was ordered to be engrossed
  for a third reading, was read the third
  time, and passed.
  The title was amended, so as to read:
  "A bill for the relief of Heng Liong
  Thung.~
