NA police recover stolen computer

NORTH ATTLEBORO - Police recovered a stolen computer system and other items stolen during a break-in at a local apartment and arrested a couple who recently moved out of the dwelling.
Wayne Loreck, 55, and his 50-year-old wife, Amy, are free on $200 cash bail and were arraigned Wednesday in Attleboro District Court where innocent pleas were entered on their behalf.
Police allege the couple lived in the apartment at 24 Tift St. until three weeks ago and Wayne Loreck used a key to entered the dwelling. Amy Loreck allegedly assisted her husband, according to police.
A computer system, equipment and an iPod allegedly discovered stolen from the apartment on Tuesday were brought back to the police station by Amy Loreck, according to police.
The couple was arrested after an investigation by detectives Daniel Arrighi and Michael Elliott and Sgt. Bart Folan and Patrolman David Lowe. They face charges of breaking and entering, larceny and conspiracy and are due back in court May 27 for a pretrial conference.
Wayne Loreck was born on October 17, 1955 and passed away on November 21, 2017 and is under the care of Sugarman Sinai Memorial Chapel.
