Kind(eren):
{geni:about_me} Earnwine's father was Eadwulf I of Northumbria who was deposed after a short reign as King. Earnwine was executed: Eadwulf the First appears to have been exiled to either Dál Riata or Pictland as his death is reported by the Annals of Ulster in 717. His son Earnwine was killed on the orders of Eadberht of Northumbria in 740. Eadwulf's great-grandson was Eardwulf II crowned King of Northumberland in 796. So Earnwine was not the father of Eadwulf II. There was at least one generation between them with unknown name or Eadwulf.
