by his first deceased wife Maria Magdalena Conradie named Wilhelmina Anna Blanckenberg married to Jan Daniel Overbeek on the other part and by his second deceased wifeJohanna Jeannette Tesselaar named Josias Jacobus Blanckenberg, born on the 18 March 1812 The aforesaid property having been inventoried by the undersigned Commissioners from the Board of Orphan Masters according to a statement made by the aforesaid widow and was found to consist in the following, viz:t
A freehold place called Keesenbosch with the buildings thereon measuring sixty two morgen and 300 square roods situated in Zwartland, Cape district, together with the perpetual quitrent land adjoining thereto, viz:t a piece of perpetual quitrent land situated at Zwartland between the places Keesenbosch and Weltevreden and the place De Twee Kuilenmeasuring 63 morgen and 160 square roods a piece of perpetual quitrent land situated towards the place Vogelgesang at Swartland, measuring 53 morgen and 1 1/2 square roods a piece of perpetual quitrent land adjoining the Vygenvalley of which the title is not yet granted and situated as above apiece of perpetual quitrent land called Dirk en Leanders Fontyn situated behind de Groene Kloof in Cape district, bought by the deceased out of the estate of the late Dirk Slabbert a house and premises with two hire houses and small store situated in Cape Town in Bree Street in Blok n:o 13 a house and premises situated in Bree Street in Blok n:o 21 an erf situated at Malmesbury in Cape district, of which the title has not been granted yet by Government - no: 3, 147 square roods
