They couldn't be married because the English Church would not recognize her Dutch divorce from Lt Feake. In any case, William and Elizabeth were legally married in 1647. Robert Feake, born in 1642, was the last child Elizabeth and Lt Feake had together. She had one more child with Hallett, Samuel Hallett in 1650. Elizabeth was first married to Henry Winthrop, who died in 1630. Elizabeth was the daughter of Thomas Fones and Anne Winthrop. Any blood relationship between Elizabeth's mother and Elizabeth's first husband is unknown. Perhaps Henry was Anne Winthrop's nephew... RAJ, 9 May 2014
