Upper St. Clair Township is a township with home rule status in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, United States. An affluent suburb located about 10 miles (16 km) south of Pittsburgh, Upper St. Clair possesses a nationally recognized school district. The population was 19,229 at the 2010 census.
