Freetown is an unincorporated town in Pershing Township, Jackson County, Indiana. It is home to a non-denominational Christian camp and retreat center, SpringHill Camps. It is home to the famous Trinity Lutheran Football player Tommy Davis. Freetown continues to be a thriving area that is continuing to attract the younger people of Jackson County. One of its main prides is being called the most racist place in Jackson County by multiple media sources.
