WILLIAMS, Mary Flora "Florence" - 89, Greenwold Manor, Antigonish, formerly of Dartmouth, passed away March 19, 2005, in the R. K. MacDonald Nursing Home. Born in Long Point, Inverness Co., she was a daughter of the late Roderick and Catherine (Chisholm) MacLean. Florence was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a beautiful seamstress, having worked for Mills Brothers in Halifax. She was a former member of St. Lawrence CWL, Halifax and a member of the Children of Mary. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by her husband, Orien A. Williams, Greenwold Manor, Antigonish; children: Archie Fraser, Toronto; Wayne (Betty) Fraser, Halifax; Judy King (Donnie Avery), Lawrencetown; Mary (Lawrence) MacEachern, Antigonish; Raymond Fraser, British Columbia; 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her first husband, Beaton A. Fraser; brothers, Daniel, William, John, and Angus; sisters, Annie Laurie, Mary Belle, Margaret Mary, Sarah Julie, Christine Marie, Jessie Ann, and in infancy Christine Mary, Flora Ann and Christine. Visitation will be in C.L. Curry Funeral Home, 135 College St., Antigonish, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 12-1:30 p.m. Funeral mass will be held in St. Ninian's Cathedral on Wednesday at 2 p.m., Rev. Andrew Boyd presiding. Burial in parish cemetery at a later date. Family flowers only please. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind or St. Vincent de Paul Society, Antigonish.
