Obituary for Deborah Kittrell Coleman
Deborah Jeanne Kittrell Coleman, of the Totty's Bend Community, died on June 16, 2022, at the age of 72 years at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
Born December 30, 1949, in Centerville, Tennessee, Mrs. Coleman is the daughter of Bobbie June Newton Kittrell and the late William Benjamin Kittrell.
Mrs. Coleman is survived by her husband of 51 years, Noel Voyett Coleman, Jr., and her children, Jason (Gwen) Coleman of Chattanooga, Holly (Jason) Hanes of Duck River, and Nathan (Cassie) Coleman of Duck River, her sister, Kaye Kittrell, and brothers, Marty (Jane) Kittrell and Bill (Suzanne) Kittrell, Jr. Mrs. Coleman is also survived by grandchildren, Reaghan, Reid, and Mattie-Kate.
Mrs. Coleman was a life-long educator working in the Hickman County School System for 28 years and six years with the Department of Corrections in Nashville.
Visitation with the Coleman family will be Saturday, June 18, 2022, in the Chapel of McDonald Funeral Home in Centerville beginning at 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Funeral Services for Mrs. Coleman will be Sunday, June 19, 2022, at the Totty's Bend Church of Christ at 2:00 p.m. with Bill McDonald and Brent Beard officiating. Burial will follow in the Totty's Bend Cemetery.
The family has asked if you would like to make a memorial donation in lieu of flowers, you may do so to the Totty's Bend Church of Christ, 9792 Dogwood Dr Bon Aqua, TN 37025
