David McQueston was "** David McQuestion arrived with the Rec. Wm. Martin in January of 1773, on the ship Lord Dunluce. (See Concil Journal# 37, Page 15, State Historica Commission, Columbia, SC). They probally assisted at their first communion in the country at Catholic but not the first for Catholic."2 He was born at Ireland.1 He was Capt. James Gillis (or Gilles) - Master on 20 December 1772 at "Lord Dunluce", Charleston, Charleston District, SC.3 He wasGranted Land Land Grant for 400 acres. On 6 January 1773 at Craven District, SC.3
