Grandson Solomon Alston Kittrell: a tract of land lying on Martin’s Creek 230 acres; a tract on “my Mill Creek” 386 acres, which is the land bought from Isaac Hunter; and another tract of 262 acres bought from William Fuller.8. Grandson Eaton Hunter Kittrell: one tract of land bought from John Hawkins; another tract of 228 acres bought from Stephen Lock; and another tract of 334 acres joining land sold to John Alston.9. Wife of deceased son Isham Kittrell, Ann Alston Kittrell: during her natural life “all the remainder of my land tracts as follows: tract I now live on of 399 ½ acres; another tract of 150 acres I bought of the Executors of Samuel Kittrell, deceased; also 100 acres to be taken from the south side of the above mentioned tract I bought of William Fuller for the sake of a division; and at her death, I bequeath the lands lent to Ann Alston Kittrell to my grandson James Alston Kittrell, also a Negro boy named Benjamin.”10. “I lend to Ann Alston Kittrell four Negroes, David, Sally, Rose and Jennie during her life, then to be divided among the children of my deceased son Isham Kittrell.”11.
