A. Richard Kittrell, 75, died March 3, 1995.
A memorial service will be at 5 p.m. Sunday, March 5, at the Shawnee Mission Unitarian Unviersalist Church, 7725 West 87th St., Overland Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Greater Kansas City Chapter, American Parkin - son Disease Association, 7808 Foster, Overland Park, Ks., 66204. Mr. Kittrell was born in Pratt, Ks., in 1920 and raised in Arkansas City, Ks. He enlisted in the Army Air Force in 1940 and served for five years in both the European and the Asiatic acific Theaters. He was in seven invasions as a part of the 7th Emergency Rescue Squadron, which received a Presidential Unit Citation. As a returning veteran, he attended Denver Univeristy, where he received a B.A. in Business Administration. He lived in th e Kansas City area for the last 33 years. This loving and kind man will be sorely missed by his family and friends. Survivors include his wife, Mary Ruth Kittrell, of the home; two daughters, Martha Hicks, Bielefeld, Ger - many and Karen Ingersoll, Denver, Colo.; a son, Carl Kittrell, North Pole, Alaska; five grandchildren; two brothers; and two sisters.
