Mrs. MONTANYE -- Mrs. Christine M. Montanye, a former resident of 1302 Westmoreland Avenue, and wife of Frazier Montanye, died yesterday in the Lutheran Church Home, Clinton.
A native of Utica, Mrs. Montanye lived in Syracuse for 42 years. She received her nursing degree from St. Luke's Hospital, Utica, and served with the Expeditionary Forces in Siberia in World War I. She was a member of First English Lutheran Church.
Surviving, besides her husband, are a daughter, Mrs. John J. Taylor of Irvington; a sister, Mrs. Marie Madsen of Clinton, and a grandson....

SYRACUSE -Mrs:' Christine M. Montanye, formerly of 1303 Westmoreland Avenue, Syracuse, wife of Frazier Montanye, a native of Utica, died June 23 in
the Lutheran Church Home,Clinton.
She was bom in Utica and was a graduate of St Luke's Memorial Hospital Center as a nurse. She had lived in Syracuse for 43 years. She was a veteran of World
War I when she served with the expeditionary forces in Siberia. She was a member of the First English Lutheran Church, Syracuse.
Besides her husband she leaves a daughter, Mrs. John J Taylor, Irvington; a sister, Miss Maria Madsen, Clinton.
The services will be at 2 tomorrow in the First English Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Syracuse. Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 tonight in the Garfield Funeral Home, Syracuse.
