SARAH WARREN (Richard) b. prob. England ca. 16 d. aft. 15 July 1696 (posted bond).

She m. Plymouth 28 March 1634 JOHN COOKE, bp. Leyden Holland Jan. to March 1607; d. Dartmouth 23 Nov. 1695; son of Francis and Hester (Mahieu) Cooke. John came on the "Mayflower" with his father Francis Cooke.

On 21 May 1672 John Cooke, yeoman of Dartmouth, wife Sarah gave land in Dartmouth to son?in?law Thomas Tabor: of Dartmouth.

on 17 July 1673 he deeded land in Dartmouth to Daniell Wilcocks, yeoman of Dartmouth, and Elizabeth his daughter "wife to the said Daniell Witcockes." On the same day he deeded land in Dartmouth to *Phillip Tabor and Mary my Daughter, wife to said Phillip Tabor."

On 26 June 1674 he deeded land in Dartmouth to Art, Hathaway. He mentions his daughter Sarah in the wife of Arthur Hathaway.

The will of John Cook of Dartmouth dated 9 Nov. 16 1696, proved 16 April 1696, names wife Sarah; son?in?law Arthur Hathaway and his wife Sarah; son?in?law Stephen West and w Mercey: Jonathan Delano; grandson Thomas Tabor; granddaughter Hester Perry. On 15 July 1696 Sarah Cooke of Dartmouth posted bond as executrix.

Sarah Warren was born about 1614 in Leiden, South-Holland, Netherlands[1]. Sarah at about 10 years of age arrived, in Plymouth, on the ship "Anne." Sarah Warren married John Cooke on March 28, 1634 in Plymouth. She was the mother of 5 daughters; Sarah, Elizabeth, Hester, Mary and Mercy. Sarah died after 15 July 1696.

In 1623 she immigrated on the ship "Anne." The Ann(e) and the Little James arrived together in July (10), 1623 - "The Planters". "The vessels parted company at sea; the Ann arrived the latter part of June, and the Little James some week or ten days later; part of the number were the wives and children of persons already in the Colony." - "Hotten's Lists"[2]
