Last Will & Testament 25 March 1755 I BENJAMIN SKINGLE of the Parish of Christ Church Middlesex do make this my Real Will and Last Will and Testament. First I resign my soul to the hands of the Almighty God, who first gave it me, hopeing hearafter to attain everlasting happiness, and as to what Worldly Effects it hath pleased the Almighty God to possess me with, I leave in the following manner, I give and bequeath to my father JOHN SKINGLE of Walthamstow all them two houses I bought situate in Wood Street Walthamstow, the one in the occupation of WILLIAM FINCH gentleman, the other in the occupation of ROBT CLIFTON apothecary, and likewise after all my debts is paid I give and bequeath to my said father JOHN SKINGLE all money and whatever effects remains at my decease, I likewise make my said father JOHN SKINGLE my whole and sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, and my desire is to be buried in decent manner near my ancestors in Walthamstow Churchyard, and to have a head stone stand up right at the end of my grave, owning this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereunto I have set my hand and seal to this twenty fifth day of March in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty five.
