Sir Patrick Graham of Kincardine was the son of Sir David Graham of Dundaff and Annabelle of Strathearn. He died on 28 April 1296 at Dunbar, East Lothian, Scotland, killed in action.
In 1281 he was sent to negotiate the marriage of Prince Alexander, son of King Alexander III of Scotland, with Margaret, daughter of Guy of Flanders. He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) in 1284. On 12 July 1292 he swore fealty to King Edward I of England. On 1 September 1294 he was called to attend King Edward to France. He fought in the Battle of Dunbar on 28 April 1296, on the English side
