Anne is referred to as "relict of William Baldwin late of Newington Butts, Surrey. The bond is co-signed by two Londoners, and she signs herself "of Ightham".
The will of Anne Baldwin, widow of Plaxtol (1722) is evidently the wife of William II (she took out the intestacy bond in 1692) - it mentions her daughter Anne Robson (who was executrix) and 3 grandsons, John, Richard & William; son-in-law Isaac Hernden (Elizabeth had evidently died) and grandchildren Anne, Margaret, William & Hester; grand-daughter Anne Baldwin (presumably Hannah, d. of William III).
She also gave away 3 feather beds! Her "kinsman" Rubin Baldwin was to act as trustee for her grandchildren during their minority - this must be her brother-in-law's youngest son.
