1867 Leased Tebolds, Plaxtol from John Humphrey, with its half acre of fruit trees and hops.
1870 Bought Tebolds from John Humphrey's for £180 and lived there until her death.
Tebolds was first mentioned in a 1637 Indenture relating to land at Tebolds, Plaxtol.
12 February 1919 The Tonbridge Free Press reported that Ann had spent much of her life in India and that on the day of her funeral "businesses in the village closed and blinds were drawn as a mark of respect."
