Zelki is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Wydminy, within Giżycko County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 12 kilometres south of Wydminy, 28 km south-east of Giżycko, and 105 km east of the regional capital Olsztyn. Before 1945 the area was part of Germany.
