"On the 15th day of August 1881, Benjamin F. DAVIS, deceased, in his last sickness at the habitation of his mother, Mrs. F.L. DAVIS in Bedford County, Tennessee, where he had been for ten days next preceeding his death, declare in the presence of the undersigned whom he especially requested to bear witness there to that his Will was as follows: That his wife, Maggie A. DAVIS, should have all the property left after paying his doctor bills and funeral expenses and that his brother, Thomas B. DAVIS, should undertake the carrying out and the execution of this Will. The said Benjamin DAVIS died on Monday August 15, 1881. Written and signed by us this day August 22, 1881."
