FHL film 30823:  Christ Church, Middlesex Co., Virginia 1653-1812, Published by national Society of the Colonial Dames of America in the State of Virginia.  This was probably originally in Lancaster County and Parish. ; Middlesex County was formed from Lancaster County in 1673.
p. 41:  The age of Mr. Richard Perrott & Sarah his wife:  Richard Perrott the Sone of Mr. Richard Perrott, Dec'd was Borne the 24 Feb 1650.  Being the first man child that was gott & borne in Rappahannock River of English parents &c.
Sarah Perrott was borne In Ware Parish in Gloster County on a Sunday about 2 a clock afternoone the 16 Aug 1657 being the daughter of Major Tho. Curtis by Averilla his wife and was marryed to the said Perrott 11 Feb 1672, Being then the widow of one Mr. Wm. Halfhide &c.
It then went on to give 'The names of what children (and the Times When) have been born to the abovesaid Mr. Richard Perrott & Sarah Perrott of Middlesex County.
Henry Perrott the sone of the abovesaid Perrott was born the 25 of Jan 1657 [the year has to be incorrect]
ffrank the daughter [ffrank is used for a femine name in this register]  of the abovesaid was borne 28 Aug 1677
Sarah the daughter of ye abovesaid borne 21 Sep 1679
Richard the sone of the abovesaid Perrott was born the 5 Oct 1681.

24 Feb 1650: Son Richard, Jr. is born, "Being the first Man Child that was gott and borne in Rappahannock River, of English parents.  It is known that Sarah Dale was his mother, as Richard Jr. was mentioned as being a half-brother of Thomas Dale in 1655.

Deed dated 4 January 1672 -
Richard Perrot of Middlesex County gent. to my son Richard Perrot of aforesaid County in consideration of good will and affection which I bear to him - tract of land now belonging to me, next to ye mouth of Rappa. River containing by estimation 800 acres and if he should die without issue, the said land to go to Sarah Halfhide for her natural life and then to my second son Henry and his heirs and in case of no issue to go to my brother Robert Parrott, two eldest sons and their heirs.
