Blijkens akte, op den 26sten Juni 1874 voor den Notaris Maarten Dijkman te Rotterdam gepasseerd, is tusschen ondergeteekenden William James Millar, Commissionair en Agent van Buitenlandschen Huizen, en Hendrik Post van der Burg, Ingenieur, beiden wonende te Rotterdam, aangegaan eene Vennootschap, ten doel hebbende de uitoefening van den Commissiehandel en eener Agentuur van Binnen- en Buitenlandsche Huizen, op den voet en wijze, zooals die tot heden door de eerstondergeteekende voor zijn privé rekening is uitgeoefend onder de firma van W.J. Millar(&Co), firma "Millar&Post van der Burg". Op 27-10-1875 werd bij akte de vennootschap weer ontbonden. Dhr H. Post van der Burg zal de lopende zaken afhandelen.
