Notes about Caspar WERNER

From CDHF. Acte de BaptÈme Catholique. (Certificate of baptism.) Parish of Pfetterhouse. 20.04.1715. Child: Casparus WERNER, son of Laurentius WERNER, living in Pfetterhouse and Verena FRIERTICH. Godfather Casparus ..... (name not mentioned), Godmother Joanna BLINDT. Parish priest Franciscus Josephus JACOBER.
(Is Sathurday before Easter; full moon.)

From the churchregister in Bettendorf. Married 13.1.1744 Josephus GREDER from Roberzwiller and Margaretha FRIDLIN. Witnesses were Casparo WERNER and Bernardo HÖLL.

To be researched: in "Nos ancÈtres au service du roi de France - Les Alsaciens du régiment de cavalerie de Helmstadt - Rosen - Wurtemberg au XVIIIe siècle" - volume 1 - there's mentioning of the folling men:
- Antoine BERNER, born in Hautdraubach (=Traubach-le-Haut), entered the army in 1743 with a 6-year contract, 25 years old, regiment Wurtemberg, Compagnie Gohr, left the army 1.7.1753 (this man must be born about 1717/1719)
- Caspar BERNER, born in Haut-Traubach (=Traubach-le-Haut), entered the army in 1748 with a 3-year contract, 18 years old, regiment Rosen, Compagnie Gohr (this man must be born about 1729/1731)
- Gaspard BERNER, born in Draubach (=Traubach-le-Haut), entered the army in 1748 with a 6-year contract, 20 years old, regiment Wurtemberg, Compagnie Gohr (this man must be born about 1727/1729)
The name BERNER doesn't appear anywhere in Traubach ... and is it a coïncidence that Caspar (or Gaspard) and Antoine BERNER join the same compagnie? But this Caspar/Gaspard is 15 years too young ...

From the churchregister in Bettendorf. Married 2.5.1757 Casparus WERNER, son of the late citizen of Pfederhausen Laurentii WERNER and Regina STIERLIN, daughter of the late citizen of Henflingen Petri STIERLIN. Witnesses for the spouse: Joanes WERNER and Petrus STIERLIN, for the bride: Martinus WETZEL from Hausgauen and Joanes ENDERLIN, schoolmaster.

From the churchregister in Bettendorf. Deceased 20.8.1757 Caspar WERNER.

From the churchregister in Bettendorf. 13.02.1758 Baptized Joanes WERNER, son of the late Caspari WERNER and Reginae STIERLERin. Godfather was Joanes WERNER. Godmother was Margaritha STIERLERin.
