Egberdina Strokappe
Egberdina is geboren in Wierden, woonde er daarna ook nog een tijdje bij haar grootouders en woonde en werkte er als dienstbode ook nog een half jaar in 1880. Egberdina trouwde op 21 april 1883 toch in Rijssen met Gerrit Willem Witten en hij is de zoon van Arent Witten en Hendrika Tempelman. Hij is geboren in Rijssen op 27 februari 1863. Egberdina gaat bij Gerrit Willem en zijn moeder (zijn vader was al overleden) inwonen aan de Boomkamp in Rijssen. Egberdina wordt moeder van in ieder geval vijf kinderen waarvan de eerste twee in hun eerste levensjaar overlijden. Zelf wordt Egberdina ook niet oud, want zij is op 30 september 1899 op slechts 39-jarige leeftijd overleden. Zij woonde toen aan de Enterstraat in Rijssen. Een jaar later hertrouwt Gerrit Willem met Janna Vrugteveen en krijgt met haar nog een paar kinderen. Gerrit Willem is op 24 november 1923 in Rijssen overleden.
