De voogd, Johannes Akkerboom, kleermaker, was niet aanwezig, maar heeft bij authentieke akte zijn toestemming verleend.

Notes about Dirk Dijst

Dirk komt in 1982 definitief naar Canada. Dit schrijft zijn dochter Louise in een brief van 5 mei 1988. Het vermoeden is dat hij wel meerdere malen in Canada is geweest, maar tijdelijk. Bekend is dat zijn dochter Louise in 1956 naar Canada is geëmigreerd. De zuster van Dirk, Wilhelmina Gerarda (met gezin?) is ook naar Canada geëmigreerd. Dirk overlijdt op 12 april 1988 in Canada. De overlijdensaankondiging in de krant wordt gedaan namens de familieleden Louise Eymans uit Ottowa (zijn jongste dochter), Suzanne Sprengel uit Newcastle (zijn oudste dochter), zijn zuster Wilhelmina Hogerheyde uit Oshawa en zijn eerder overleden (middelste) dochter Willy Povinsky. Bidprentje uit Canada van hem aanwezig.
Toen zijn vader Dirk (1878) in 1933 ging wonen in Naarden, Jan ter Gouwweg 6, woonde zoon Dirk (1901) Jan ter Gouwweg 6 in Naarden, dochter (en zus van Dirk 1901) Susanna Elisabeth Theodora (1900, roepnaam Suus) met haar man Henk op nummer 10. De oudste dochter (en zus van Dirk 1901) Johanna Susanna Wilhelmina (1898) woonde ook op de Jan ter Gouwweg maar op een hoger nummer.
Als Dirk (1901) komt te overlijden heeft hij 6 kleinkinderen en 11 achterkleinkinderen.
Een verre neef (Hendricus Josephus Maria Dijst (1914), oom van auteur) gaat in 1951 ook wonen in de Jan ter Gouwweg 62 te Naarden. Men heeft elkaar niet gekend. Later komt deze te wonen op nummer 76.
Dirk is voor de Nationale Militie gekeurd. Zijn lengte is 1,69 meter. Op 15 juni 1920 wordt hij goedgekeurd. (Bron: register Nationale Militie)
