Gezien de ingewonnen anbtsberichten, mitsgaders het rapport van Onzen Minister van Justitie van den 27 October 1908 1ste Afdeeling C. ?. 510;
Gelet op het tweede lid van art . 88 voornoemd;
HEBBEN GOEDGEVONDEN EN VERSTAAN:
dispensatie te verleenen van het verbod, ingevolge art. 88, ?. 1 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek, bestaande tegen het aangaan van een huwelijk tusschen:
Hendrik Jan Fikkert, weduwnaar van
Gerritdina ter Horst, wonende te Hengelo
en Hermina ter Horst;
wordende de bevoegde ambtenaar van den burgerlijken stand gelast om van deze dispensatie in zijne registers aanteekening te houden.
Onze Minister van Justitie is belast met de uitvoering van dit besluit.
