De Commissaris des Konings in de provincie Overijssel verklaart, dat Derk Westendorp geboren te Haaksbergen den 30 Juni 1860, wonende te Haaksbergen, van beroep landbouwer, zoon van Antonij en van Gerridina Mengerink, wonende te Haaksbergen, in het inschrijvingsregister van de gemeente Haaksbergen van het jaar 1879 voor de lichting van het jaar 1880 is ingeschreven, dat hem bij de loting is ten deel gevallen nr. 25, en dat hij vervolgens door den militieraad uithoofde van volbrachten broederdienst van den dienst is vrijgesteld.
Gegeven te ZWOLLE, den 17 Januari 1888.
