Zij herroept alle voorgaande testamenten en legateert aan haar zoon Abraham Vermaat melkboer wonende Nw Helvoet haar helft in de door haar bewoond wordende bouwwoning met schuur en verder getimmerte, benevens de gevolge van 3 bunders 97 roeden 35 ellen erf, tuin, boomgaard, wei- en bouwland daarbij behorende, alles staande binnen de gemeente en polder Nw Helvoet in de Meentenhoek kad. bek. als sectie C nummers 328, 329, 331, 53, 304, 324 t/m 327, onder de uitdrukkelijke bepaling dat hij voor die helft in haar nalatenschap moet inbrengen 1770 gld. Zij legateert aan haar dochter Judith Vermaat gehuwd met Johannes Kap arbeider wonende Nw Helvoet haar helft in een perceel weiland ald in de polder Nw Helvoet in de Gaarhoek, kad. bek. als 1 bunder 3 roeden 80 ellen in secte B nr 274, doch moet daarvoor inbrengen in haar nalatenschap 280 gld. Zij legateert aan haar zoon Jacob Vermaat en aan haar dochter Maria Vermaat gezamenlijk haar helft in een perceel weiland binnen Nw Helvoet in de polder de Quack in de Heerenhoek, kad. bek. als 4 bunders 24 roeden 70 ellen in sectie A nr 76, 77, 79 en 80 onder de bepaling om daarvoor in haar nalatenschap te brengen 1183 gld 50 ct. In marine overleden 22/11/1846.
