Hij is hovenier, klokkenmaker en herbergier in Noordbroek, en is doopsgezind. Na Willems overlijden blijkt hij nogal wat schulden te hebben. Willem trouwt vóór juni 1721 met Geesjen Jans. Ze is waarschijnlijk hervormd. Geesje overlijdt na 6 april 1765.

Harm Brurkens en Antje Hindriks (ehel.) zijn schuldig aan Jan ten Doorenkaat, 34 car.gld. 16 st. wegens geleverde materialen. Voor deselveberaalt aan Willem Jans Klock wegens gemaakte vertering. Totaal 109 car.gld. 6 st. Rente 5 car.gld. 9st. 3 pl.

    The deacons of the Gereformeerde church in Noordbroek sigh under the inventory, as also 2 creditors, viz. Peter Jans and U. Pierius. The "armbesorger der mennoniten gemeente" (mennonite deacon) signs as Pieter Harmens "als diaken wegens de mennonijten gemijnte."
