Notes about Johannes Mandeville

Mandeville Surname DNA Project:
"I just found your de la Montagne site for the first
time and was interested to find that you (or someone else) has come
to the same (at least tentative) conclusion that I have, that Rachel
Giffen (Giffing), is a daughter of George Giffing and Elisabeth
Montanye.  Unfortunately, George and Elisabeth do not seem to have
baptized offspring in the usual places.  I have just started a FTDNA
surname project for Mandeville, so if you come across any other
descendants of Rachel and Johannes Mandeville, I'd appreciate your
mentioning to them the Mandeville surname project."
