Guillaume IV Gouet (+v1165)
Il semble avoir été assez proche du Comte Thibault IV de Blois, il épouse sa fille Isabelle, elle est veuve de Roger Duc d'Apulie. Ils ont deux filles:
- Mathilde qui suit, elle épouse Hervé de Donzy,
- Agnès qui devient la seconde épouse de Rotrou de Montfort le fils de Rotrou de Chateaudun <../chartres/ctdunois.htm>
Guillaume IV prend la croix après 1160 en compagnie du Comte Nevers. Tous deux sont mort en Terre sainte, Guillaume a été enterré en Palestine.
Sa femme Isabelle lui survit une vingtaine d'années, en 1180 elle prend le voile à l'Abbaye de Fontevraud <../anjou/fontevraud.htm>.
