Antonius Krook (Croock) was Meester in de rechten, bij 1e huwelijk: 1e deurwaarder bij het Hof van Holland. bij het 2e huwelijk : Advocaat bij het Hof van Holland.In 1656 trouwde hij voor de derde keer met Elisabeth Stoffelsdr Ellis. Laatstgenoemde hertrouwde als weduwe op 12.11.1667 met Gerard van den Oever. Anthony is dan overleden. Anthonius kan de vader zijn van Joost, hij is getuige bij de doop van Joost zijn zoon Anthoni op 09.04.1653.

Bij het huwelijk van Anthony met Christina Paets is getuige: Joost Croock, broer van Hulst
Bij het dopen van Henricus Paulusz te Leiden op 24.02.1658 zijn getuige Anthonij Croock en Elizabeth Croock.
