Deze kamer kreeg aan het begin van de 19e eeuw geen nummer, waarschijnlijk omdat het gebouwtje op dat moment als pakhuis in gebruik was.
Per testament vermaakte haar vader Jan Teunis Visser deze kamer aan hun ongetrouwde dochter Neeltje Jans. Hiervoor moest zij dan wel f 75,- inbrengen.
- 1800 Neelte Jans erfde deze kamer inderdaad, maar ze woonde in De Westen.
