      De Otter (bouwjaar 1631) is van het type paltrokmolen, waarvan nog op vijf plaatsen in Nederland exemplaren aanwezig zijn (Amsterdam, Haarlem, Zaandam, Zaanse Schans en Nederlands Openluchtmuseum in Arnhem). De Otter is de oudste nog bestaande molen van dit type.
