Grandson of Robert de Morley, 2nd Lord Morley and Hawise Marshall, Thomas Bardolf, 2nd Lord Bardolf and Agnes de Grandison. Husband of Joan Hastings, daughter of Sir Hugh by Margaret Everingham, daughter of Sir Adam and descendant of Geoffrey Plantagenet. They married before 03 April 1374 and were the parents of one son, Sir Robert. Grandfather of Thomas Morley. Secondly, husband of Elizabeth, married before 10 June 1380.
